Yep, it works in Malaysia. All you need to do is to install the International Locations for Siri package. Well, uh, actually you have to buy them from Cydia store. It's only USD0.99 though. Don't know what Cydia is? Nevermind.

Note: To be able to install International Locations for Siri, you will need to have Cydia installed. To be able to install Cydia, you’ll need a jailbroken iPhone.
